All-on-X
The All-on-X method involves placing four to six implants in each arch (top and bottom) of your mouth. These titanium screws provide a stable foundation for prosthetic teeth. It takes about 3-6 months for the implants to fuse with the bone through osseointegration.
Initial Consultation
Before starting the All-on-X procedure, we conduct a comprehensive examination, including reviewing dental and medical history, taking x-rays, digital 3D scans, and a physical exam. Dr. Kristopher Devers will discuss your goals to ensure you're well-informed about the procedure.
Patient Preparation
Dr. Kristopher Devers will explain the procedure, confirm your candidacy, and take measurements to plan the implant placement and design the replacement teeth. Any necessary pre-treatment procedures, such as tooth extractions or bone grafting, will be completed before the All-on-X procedure.
Implant Placement
On surgery day, anesthesia is administered for comfort. Four to six implants are placed in each arch, and it takes 3-6 months for them to fuse with the bone. During the healing period, you will have strict instructions to ensure optimal quality and healing for the All-on-X treatment.
Prosthesis Placement
Your custom prosthesis is securely attached to the abutments. Adjustments are made for comfort and function. The All-on-X method often involves angling the back implants, allowing placement even when bone conditions are not ideal, often avoiding the need for bone grafts.

All-on-X dental implants cost $35,000 per arch at Kaloko Dental. Insurance may cover some preparatory procedures.
Zirconia Fixed Bridge
Zirconia bridges, known for their strength and biocompatibility, resemble the appearance of natural teeth. They are durable and have no micropores like acrylic bridges.
Teeth in a Day
With the All-on-X method, a fixed bridge will be placed on the same day as your surgery. Only patients with ideal conditions are good candidates for this option.
